Conveyor Chain Path
- Chain feeds into cleaner from the underside of the conveyor. The chain serpentines around (2) idlers and feeds back on the underside of the conveyor.
Design/Constructions (for chain widths up to 7.5" - modified as required for wider chain widths)
- 4 high pressure nozzles to remove loose particles (1500 p.s.i.)
- 6 specially designed rotating scrubbing brushes to remove particles from all sides of the chain.
- 3 air nozzles to dry the chain as it returns onto the conveyor beam.
- All the above components enclosed in a polished 304 stainless steel tank with quick connections for supply and return lines.
Cleaning Medium
- Uses a variety of solvents and detergents. Cleaning solution determined by type and degree of residue to be removed.
Mobile Control & Pump System
- The chain cleaner can be supplied by any one of the four (4) available types of pump systems. See specification sheet for Mobile Control & Pump System.
Type of Chain
- Designed to work with FlexLink®, Rexnord®, Intralox® and other comparable types of tabletop chain.
Chain Width:
- Designed to accommodate chain widths up to 7.5". Wider widths quoted as customized application.
Performance
- Operates at existing conveyor speed up to 75 feet per minute. Higher speeds can be accommodated upon request.
