RLS Enterprises, Inc. is a full service engineering organization specializing in the design and fabrication of customized packaging and process machinery, including automated flame treating systems, assembly machines, assembly line enhancements, parts handling systems, conveying systems, case packing systems and other mechanical applications. Complete in-house consulting, engineering, machining and fabrication capabilities assure quality on every project from start to finish.

RLS is a FlexLink^® Systems Integrator and as a certified member of the FlexLink^® network is licensed to distribute, engineer and install FlexLink^® conveyor systems, structural systems and linear drive units.

RLS offers machine rebuilding and repair services. We will replace all mechanical drive transmission components and all electrical systems, including upgrades to PLC controls. In addition, RLS can modify or enhance existing equipment to increase production line efficiency. If necessary, we can fabricate new components for existing machinery to handle new applications, such as running larger parts, etc.

RLS has developed two unique cleaning systems for cleaning plastic conveyor chain (patented) and for cleaning ball bearing components and assemblies (patent-pending).

Over the past thirteen years, RLS has fabricated over 500 machines for a wide range of industries, including plastics, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foods and soaps, conveyors, materials handling, metals, automotive and ball bearings.
