The RLS Custom Packing Table is ideal for high value products that are hand packed because delicate handling is required to avoid scuffing of aesthetically pleasing packaging. Items such as cosmetics and perfumes, as well as other valuable consumer products, are moved along an 8' conveyor to the Rexnord® Low Back Pressure Roller Chain Custom Table. A variable speed metering wheel controls product flow to allow easy handling, and friction on the table is minimized so that parts remain unmarked and boxes are not scuffed.

 

The table is designed for those users who need to read and accumulate information for tracking lots, or automatically printing case labels utilizing a computer system. The table offers several features that make product handling easier. Bar coded packages pass through variable speed metering pinch rollers that can be adjusted by a single crank linear slide adjustment. The metering rollers guarantee product spacing for the electronic counter system and bar code scanner. There is an adjustable depth stop for packing different numbers of boxes, and the rear side of the unit is open to allow for a shelf to store items such as labels. The table includes a computer and label printer mounting stand, as well as a keyboard drawer.
