Description
RLS offers a full line of
both standard and custom designed flame
control panels. Typically they contain two,
four, or five burners, but can be designed
with as many as needed for your requirements.
These burners can also be useful in existing
conveyor systems.
All panels are equipped
with automatic ignition systems, low air
pressure switches, ASCO UL approved solenoids
and flamout alarms. They are also equiped
with Dwyer flow gauges for gas and air read
outs, and basic electronics.
Our staff has decades of
experience in programming, wiring, and mechanical
design. Because we have worked in so many
industries, we know how to deliver the right
flame treating solution regardless of the
substrate you are working on. All of our
Flame Control Panels can be custom designed
to your exact specifications.
