Featuring a Label-Aire Bottom Labeler,
the RLS BBL-2000 utilizes the non-contact features of the labeler
to blow a pressure-sensitive label onto the product without disrupting
the smooth flow of the production line. As parts move on the variable
speed twin conveyor belt, they pass directly over the extended
label head, and the label is affixed to the product from the bottom,
assuring continued movement of the product and consistency in
label application.
