Model RLS-2400 Bearing Cleaner is a unique, patent-pending system
for cleaning ball bearing components and completed assemblies. The
unit is designed as a continuous flow-through system (versus a batch
system).
The unit consists of four chambers:
- The first chamber contains four upper nozzles which provide
a downward rinsing action to remove the majority of contaminants
from components. Oscillating spray from 8 upper nozzles and 8
lower nozzles provide a definitive scrubbing action along all
component surfaces.
- The second chamber contains 4 nozzles which provide downward
rinsing action.
- The third chamber separates the washing and drying areas and
contains a vacuum source which pulls mist to a collector and vents
through filters to the atmosphere.
- The final chamber is the drying section where compressed air
is used to remove moisture utilizing a downward blowing action.
Model RLS-2400 is designed to require minimal floor space and fits
easily into production line layouts. The entire machine is guarded
and equipped with appropriate door interlock safeties.
